Moderation Specialist

VinZone is hiring a Moderation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer communication and auto spare parts sales, with strong knowledge of Jaguar / Land Rover / Porsche spare parts preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through messages, comments, WhatsApp, and website chat.

• Follow up with customer requests in a fast and professional manner.

• Assist customers in identifying the correct spare parts based on vehicle type and model.

• Communicate with customers professionally and build trust with them.

• Handle inquiries related to availability, pricing, alternatives, and delivery time.

• Escalate special cases or complaints to the concerned department and follow up until resolution.

• Record and track customer data and requests in an organized way.

• Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure the best customer experience.

Job Requirements

•  Previous experience in Moderation / Customer Service / Online Sales.

• Experience in selling or marketing auto spare parts is highly preferred.

• Good knowledge of Jaguar / Land Rover / Porsche spare parts.

• Fast response time and the ability to manage multiple conversations at the same time.

• Strong customer handling and persuasion skills.

• Professional communication skills and a polite attitude.

• Ability to quickly understand customer needs and provide the right solution.

• Commitment, discipline, and reliability at work.

Preferred Skills

• Good understanding of sales and customer service fundamentals.

• Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve complaints professionally.

• Upselling & Cross-selling skills (suggesting additional or alternative parts when needed).

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

• Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / CRM systems or chat management tools.

• Clear written communication in Arabic, with basic to good English skills preferred.

• Background or interest in the automotive and spare parts industry.
