Sales & Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Client Consultation: Identify customer pain points and propose tailored software/service solutions.
  • Strategic Networking: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Product Demos: Deliver engaging presentations and live demos of our platform to potential clients.
  • Negotiation: Manage contract negotiations and ensure win-win outcomes for the company and client.

Must Have

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of proven success in B2B sales or software-as-a-service (SaaS).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Mindset: Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable working toward monthly targets.
  • Legal: Valid work permit for the local region.

Nice to have

  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the automotive or tech sector.
  • Multilingual: Proficiency in an additional language (e.g., Arabic or French) is a major plus.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (like Odoo or Salesforce).
  • Network: An existing portfolio of contacts within the SME business sector.
