Inventory Specialist (Automotive Spare Parts)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our growing team in New Cairo. In this role, you will be the custodian of Vinzone’s physical assets. You will be responsible for ensuring that our digital records in Odoo match our physical stock 100%, managing the flow of parts from arrival to dispatch, and maintaining an efficient, well-structured warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stock Movement & ERP Management (Inbound & Outbound)

• Supervise the receipt of all incoming shipments (local and international), verifying quantities against Purchase Orders (POs).

• Record every stock transaction (Receipts, Internal Transfers, and Deliveries) in real-time.

• Inspect the quality of incoming parts and ensure they are packaged and stored safely to prevent damage.

2. Inventory Control & Auditing

• Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits to reconcile actual stock with system data.

• Investigate and report any discrepancies in stock levels and implement corrective actions immediately.

• Monitor "Low Stock" alerts and coordinate with the Purchasing Team to ensure fast-moving items are replenished.

3. Warehouse Organization (Logistics)

• Design and manage an efficient warehouse layout using Bin Locations to ensure fast picking and packing.

• Implement and manage a Barcoding system to track parts accurately.

• Coordinate daily with the Sales/RevOps team to confirm product availability for urgent customer orders.

4. Asset Protection & Optimization

• Ensure the warehouse operates according to safety and cleanliness standards.

• Minimize stock loss, theft, or damage through strict monitoring and secure storage practices.

• Generate monthly reports on slow-moving or dead stock and suggest liquidation strategies.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Inventory Management or Warehouse Operations (Automotive industry experience is a significant advantage).

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in handling long and complex Part Numbers.

• Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (Odoo experience is highly preferred). 

• Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to keep a physical space meticulously ordered.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of organizing a spare parts warehouse.

• Location: Must be able to commute to Fifth Settlement, New Cairo.
