Social Media & WhatsApp Moderator

Job Description

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and fast-responding Social Media & WhatsApp Moderator to join the Vinzone team in Al Shorouk. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing daily text conversations and building strong relationships from the initial chat. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, handle customer data entry, and use our CRM system to track and log customer inquiries accurately. If you have a "get it done" spirit and excellent communication skills, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities

• Chat Moderation: Manage, monitor, and respond quickly to incoming customer messages and inquiries on WhatsApp and Facebook.

• Data Entry: Accurately input, organize, and update customer profiles and vehicle/inquiry details into our database.

• System Handling: Utilize our internal CRM/management system daily to keep records clear and well-structured.

• Bilingual Support: Write professional, clear, and welcoming messages in both Arabic and English.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in Social Media Moderation, Customer Support, or Data Entry (We warmly welcome Fresh Graduates and Interns!).

• Skills: Solid data entry skills, strong computer literacy, and comfort working with internal digital systems.

• Communication: Excellent written communication skills in both Arabic and English with great attention to spelling and tone.

• Location: Must be a resident of Al Shorouk City or nearby accessible areas.
